Frequently asked questions FAQ

If you have any doubts or questions to us, technical matter, possible dates to fly, accommodation, forecast weather, etc. Do not hesitate to contact us. We will attend you as soon as possible.

This is a compilation of questions that people makes us normally, so I hope that helps and I clarify something, and if you had any questions for this intimate experience you decide to do it.

I passed the time flying!
Always the time of flight seem shorter than it really has been, the intense and pleasant moments are short.

I have dizziness!, I can fly?
Normaly you don’t have a feeling of dizziness even if a person suffers of it. We have friends who go wrong to get up on a ladder but when they fly they don’t have any problem.

In what conditions does the paraglider flies?
The paraglider, any aircraft, has a margin of flight: we do not fly with strong winds (+ 30 km/h), with storms (possibility of winds), with rain (there is no special danger but it is unpleasant). But it doesn't matter if it’so cold or cloudy.

And the cut that to skip is very large?
There is no cut from where you jump! It really takes off in a gradual and non-traumatic way, take-offs are grass and little slope.

I am as the passenger do I go back?
The passenger is going forward and the pilot behind, for several reasons but especially for the passenger is more convenient and has greater field of view and so he can move more freely, but the most important is for the pilot that he has more control of the glider flying back.

Good that you spend it doing what you like!
It is normal that you should like to work with the two-seat, but part of the magic is broken for us when we have a responsibility, obligations and schedules. It is not the same feeling that at the beginning, but while we are heartened by the demonstrations of joy and pleasure of our passengers.

Are you afraid flying?
Everyone is more or less nervous at the first time seconds before and after take-off are the most intense, but calm comes next, when the feeling of relaxation is possessing us and there is no sudden sensations unless cause by the pilot.

Does landing starts very high?
Like that on takeoff, the landing occurs smoothly, because we take the entire surface of the foil to stop, it is true that if there is no wind landing, there is always a little residual speed but usually it exceed 5 km/h.

Is the position of flight very uncomfortable?
They are very comfortable current chairs that we used to fly, the position will be sitting like in an armchair. Flights of many hours can be done without feeling uncomfortable.

Are takeoffs close together? Can you cross with another flight?
Do not worry why, is it normal to be close together, and the only thing you have to do is to try to do well your career we worry of the rest.

Do I take the camera and or video?
Of course, the passenger has the hands completely free as well as to sign autographs, greet and also to do photos, videos, etc...

I can feel sick flying?
It depends on the people, the majority not doesn’t, but there are always more sensitive than other people, it is recommended not to drink or eat in excess before you fly. In any case notify your pilot, he will know what to do in these cases.

We are covered by insurance?
We have an insurance that covers both the passenger as third parties.

There are many accidents in paragliding?
The foil as a flying device is very simple and the simplicity is linked to security. Accidents, which are, are all due to human error: underestimated the flight conditions, fly in conditions not suitable for the level of piloting of the pilot, overconfidence, fly with paragliders not suitable to our level of piloting.

Learn in a recognized school reduces the risk. the two-seaters flew for the pleasure of the passenger, but we are the first to cancel the flight if it does not meet minimum margins of safety (always depending on weather conditions).

This year I've eaten more, can the paragliding with me?
The two-seaters have been approved by an international body and the first thing to go is the structure test, if the manufacturer of the two-seater, says that the maximum load are 200 kg, in the structure test submits it to almost 10 times the maximum weight. And if it is not broken, go to another type of evidence relating to the quality of the flight (there are manufacturers that lead up to the limit test structure and paragliders break between 3000 and 4000 kg of force... and some more).
